The forms on this site (the free-audit request, the WhatsApp enquiry and the call-booking form) collect only what you type into them:
Alongside that, the form records the page you submitted from, the time, and the advertising campaign details described in section 3.
I use these details to reply to you, prepare the free ad account audit you asked for, and — if we go further — to quote and deliver work. The lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and my legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. I do not sell your data, and I do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for one.
I run ads on Meta and Google, so this site loads:
If you arrive from an ad, the URL carries a click identifier (for example gclid from Google or fbclid from Meta) along with campaign labels. When you submit a form, these are stored with your enquiry so I can tell which campaign paid for it. They identify the ad click, not you personally, but because they are stored next to your contact details this policy treats them as personal data.
Meta and Google process this data as independent controllers under their own terms — Meta Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy.
Form submissions are written to a private Google Sheet in my own Google account, and a copy is emailed to me so I can respond quickly. Google acts as my processor for both. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Nobody else has access.
The "book a time" step embeds Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling. When you book, Google collects the name and email you enter there and sends you a Google Meet invitation. That step is governed by Google's privacy policy in addition to this one.
The WhatsApp buttons open a conversation with me on WhatsApp with your message pre-filled. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp itself. Once you do, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so I can follow up and keep a record of who I have spoken to, then deleted. If you become a client, records connected to the work are kept for as long as I need them for tax and contractual purposes.
Wherever you are based, you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it — including withdrawing consent at any time. Email usamajamil006@gmail.com and I will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the EEA, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
To stop the advertising cookies described in section 3, use your browser's cookie controls or an ad blocker; you can also opt out of personalised ads in your Meta ad settings and Google Ad Settings.
If what I collect or how I use it changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
